Kebabs are originated from Middle East and are believed to be from 17th century due to presence of skewers at that time. Seekh kebab is a pakistani dish but brought out with a South Asian twist. Usually kebabs are non vegetarian but here we are presenting a vegetarian seekh kebabs recipe for the vegetarian food lovers because they too have the right to enjoy such mouth melting snacks. I just hate seekh kebab, the feeling is so yuck… Can’t say anything more.. if your recipe makes it good, then good luck for your venture. And yes, Ghee is not advisable for fat people like me, any healthy alternative?
