gobi manchurian

  1. Wash a cauliflower, cut the gobi florets. We will use only the top part of gobi. Then boil these florets for 7-8 minutes. Rinse them.

  2. Take maida in a bowl, mix corn flour into it. add red chilli powder, a pinch of salt, and then add water little by little. We have to make a thick paste so water must be added slowly. Then we have to add florets and mix it throughly to the mixture.

  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the florets.

  4. Keep them on butter paper to soak the excess oil.

  5. Now add a little oil, add ginger garlic paste, add chopped capsicum and spring onions into it. Toss it and when they start cooking we will add 1 spoon soya sauce, and some ketchup to it and cook it till oil starts leaving by the sides. We will add salt, chilli powder, black pepper and ginger powder to it. Then we will add the fried florets and mix them throughout in the gravy sauce.

It is ready and when I make this yummy manchurian recipe – I see a delicious fragrance rising from it and it invites everyone to kitchen to eat it and within minutes the dish bowl empties.
